I have not received any product yet from these folks but as I was trying to set up a gift and find out the mechanics of how it worked and whether it would work in time for Christmas my customer service experience with them was outstanding As a senior I would have rather had somebody to speak with on the telephone but the customer service people were so responsive and timely while handling my confusion questions and concerns via email What a pleasure to deal with people who care about being service forward It bodes well for the subscription service

I purchased a subscription as a present for my mom who loves and misses traveling to other countries and supporting small businesses within I have not received my first box just yet a glitch in the system that is now fixed But I wanted to leave a pre-review to express how helpful and fast their customer service department was in alleviating the problem They insured me that I will be receiving my box on their next shipment and even went a step further by going above and beyond to compensate for the inconvenience

I ve been having issues with other sites but I am so thankful that Try The World actually cares about their customers and goes out of their way to fix their mistakes when it comes to a mistake order I appreciate their service and can t wait to receive their product

Great customer service and tasty snacks

I bought a 6-month subscription for snack boxes as a gift and due to a glitch one of the boxes did not get delivered This was unfortunate as the people I got the boxes for loved them and were disappointed to miss a month After contacting customer service they were quick to identify the problem and correct the mistake They even added an extra snack as an apology The customer service agent was very polite and apologetic about the situation and kept in communication the entire time Overall the experience was a good one and I would definitely recommend Try the World to friends and family
