Do not order from them
Ordered and took a month for them to provide tracking The tracking number was for somthing else and went to AU Im UK Customer service on every email said something went wrong we will resend Tgey never respond to update request emails and only responce I can get is through the main website There responce is always the same Somthing went wrong Fake tracking and unhelpful Asked for refund and they just ask what me what happend after now 15 emails in

I ordered in October
I ordered in October had the opposite as the other reviewer here - my glasses were meant to be sent to AU and they sent it to UK instead I have tried to get them resent and they just ask for the address again and do no further information on mail out of product no refund offer At this stage I m assuming it s a definite scam and I m out my money I will be making my sure to tell everybody to avoid Treyn

Purchased items back in September in October the tracking details said they had been delivered I have cameras on my property no one had been that day so no parcel was delivered Sent email to enquire they said something went wrong and would resend Asked me to confirm my address and it s now December still no product has been sent no refund no nothing no response to any of my emails either Definite scammers DO NOT BUY FROM THIS Site

I ordered the 2x mess free painting kit in September 2024 for my son s birthday in October Items never arrived I contacted Andrea customer service and I was told something went wrong and to provide my address again After a few emails I was sent a link to tracking which when I clicked on the link it just said no data available So I continued to email with no response Eventually seeing the tracking had been updated to say the item was delivered The item was never delivered The tracking info does not say where the item was delivered I have continued to email them asking for an update with no response It s now December 2024 and I have no package Definitely a scam After reading other reviews it sounds like they are doing this often DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

I wish I could give a zero star Purchased item in August as a Christmas gift It s now Christmas Eve and it hasn t arrived Was told in November something went wrong and it was to be shipped asap All other emails I ve sent onwards were not responded to DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

This is so upsetting reading everyone s reviews This company is definitely a scam I went through the same thing received the same responses and never a reply I ordered the mess free paint kit as a christmas present never arrived they said something went wrong mistake and would re-send at their cost Never arrived and they never replied to any of my 5 emails It s so upsetting they can get away with this and I lose my money
