If could give no stars would company tries best to control your life and expect you to tell them every detail what s going on in your life No privacy and constantly not picking where don t need to hardly focus on their own jobs some managers constantly talked to like crap if they like you then you can go far of they don t won t last long weird shifts for work do heavily underpaid know other building societies paying 22 500 on top get shift allowance as well and bonuses at Tsys it s working out to less than 19 500 not much benefits people really don t care about employees that s why they not pick talk to you crap deliberately wind you up to either leave or they decide they the most out you decide bye bye that s why they constantly recruiting it s an ever revolving door On a hole they are some really nice people however some managers are not very nice at all to sum up if want to be underpaid talk to like crap do weird and wonderful shifts look no further your in the right place

It never gets better at Cayan
I have been a customer of Cayan since 2008--long before it was acquired by TSYS Global Payments Nothing improved with the acquisition customers have been burdened with the same dysfunctional Client Support organization that they ve had to deal with for years You are never able to speak with a problem solver at Cayan instead they have intermediaries answering the phones and relaying your concerns to someone else while you sit on hold Today I wanted to pre-pay the last four months left on my credit card reader lease--a card reader I quit using in Year One of a three year lease--and was told that Cayan has no mechanism for accepting that payment and closing my account UNLESS I wanted to pay them an Early Termination Fee of 200 Well I ve paid 25 94 month for more than 2 years for a worthless piece of equipment that I haven t used since I got it so the opportunity to throw good money after bad is not the least bit appealing to me Yes they do replace faulty equipment--but sadly all of their equipment is faulty and fails like this one did often within a week as we had experienced time and time again And they never take the returned equipment off the lease so you end up paying for the replacement and the returned reader that is no longer in your possession always a long tedious phone call to get the accounting corrected because the internal disorganization at Cayan and its affiliates is epic If you are a small business owner I d suggest working with a more reputable and customer-centric company--Cayan and their Genius card readers are anything but

BUSINESS OWNERS BEWARE
BUSINESS OWNERS BEWARE I do not even know where to begin This company scammed me out of close to 600 They promised a full refund once the cc processing machine was returned and received by the company I returned the machine and close to a month later I am still waiting for a refund I call them and they just give me the run-around I will post pictures as proof as well This company is extremely unethical in their business practices and I have no idea how they stay in business I saw a charge on my First Midwest Bank checking account that forced me to contact my bank immediately From there I was told that I was signed up with TSYS I later found out that it was the signer on my account who signed up I thought okay no big deal I will simply call to cancel I already had a cc processing machine why would I pay over 600 for a new one Wow was I mistaken to think that this would be an easy process First they try to get you to stick with the company by offering empty promises I was first told that if I stay with them then they will refund me for the machine Instead of a refund they continued to charge me for a machine that has never been used I ended up having to dispute this with the BBB Pictures of what I was told through BBB will be uploaded for all to see HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY STAY AWAY

What a complete waste of time to talk with Christine B at TSYS She has reached out to me 4 times to earn our business We have been accepting credit cards in our business for 11 years now Christine B will have you jumping thru hoops explaining your business and proving you are a credible business in the community and the market place She asked about our merchant sales and organizational growth vetting us about how does our company find clients as to see if we are credible She will waste your time finding out ALL the information about your company and then will finally say You are not a fit with our business model because we do not do type of business She knew my type of business when they called me She knew my type of business when she emailed us she was reading my website information to me but she had me to give up ALL my marketing information my business planning and most importantly MY TIME MY TIME MY TIME I missed 3 phone calls while explaining my business to her I believe she DOES NOT know how to market the TSYS services so she wasted 30 minutes of my time She knew about my business she was on our website and I had provided my company s PCI Compliance Certificate for credit card processing earlier in an email communication I did let her know she should already let companies know if they are a fit for their services by reading the website and she should not WASTE PEOPLE S TIME If you do contact these people TSYS ask them upfront What industries do you do merchant services with I do not want you wasting my TIME Also their fees are HORRIBLE Charging businesses an application fee admin fee processing fee fee fee fee when the your business is referring YOUR clients to pay with credit cards and TSYS is making transactions fees per transaction from your client base This is why you should have virtual terminals internet processing companies TSYS is a complete waste of your time

I wish I could leave a -10000000 stars called TECH support only to be told Yeah um like we dont have like a lot if info on that machine RUN FROM THIS COMPANY they are awful Ive been on hold foe 68m please shut your company down

They are liars
They are liars I have been asking for months for proof that a termination of contract fee exists I have spoken with them four times The only notation on my account is a lie saying I agreed to pay and that they have only spoken to me once The call center says I have to speak to a manager to get a copy of this contract I have never seen When I am handed to the manager in under a second so you know it is the clown sitting next to the original call taker I hear the original call taker giggling in the background As this new manager says he does not have to provide the contract and he has no obligation to show it to me This has happened three times then when you ask for someone in legal they hang up on you We all know means that no such legal document exists If this so called agreement existed then they would have wanted to use it to get payment If you want to find out what the lowest bid off shore call center is like sign up for TSYS

abysmal customer service--avoid TSYS
I have had severe problems dealing with the customer support from TSYS I changed banks and they have made it extremely difficult to process the bank account change I work in the medical field and health care record I use in my private practice uses TSYS as the credit card processor merchant services so my patients can pay fees If not for this requirement I would certainly never use this company -- the service is very poor and the customer support is the worst I have seen If you have a choice avoid this company Even if you will pay more per month avoid this company The problems they will create for you later will cost far more in terms of your time and frustration than saving a few dollars per month I will be contacting my practice management software and urge them to transition to another company that has better customer service
