Tucano - Product with No Warranty
Purchased a Tucano Tugo Travel Backpack and zipper broke while I was traveling within a year and just found out that this item carries no manufacturer warranty As Tucano does not have any contact information in Canada therefore not sure if Tucano will stand behind there products due to either poor designed or product workmanship Just a warning DO NOT buy Tucano brand items as retailers DO NOT offer warranty or stand behind this brand in Canada

Very bad experience with customer
Very bad experience with customer service Which is a shame because in general product is ok shipping was fine But we made a purchase as company and we did not receive VAT invoice Sent 5 emails to their support but did not receive any answer in 14 days Now we have to file our tax report and we have an invoice missing and because of that we have problems with tax office I do not recommend because of the customer service experience
