Terrible customer service and broken product
The product I bought for my daughter s Christmas present broke after one use I emailed to ask for a replacement They initially replied asking for proof which I immediately provided However there has been no reply despite me sending multiple follow up messages on email I tried again messaging in Instagram and exactly the same thing happened An initial response asking for proof and then nothing The product was expensive for what it was and i will never buy from this company again
