We received an email to say that our item would be delivered the next day I had put a note on to say if not home the item may be left in our drive The item was around 4ft long and very heavy the delivery driver brought the item in and put it under our window on the drive I was expecting it to just be left at the end of the drive at the nearest point to the delivery van due to the size and weight The driver then rang the bell and took my name He was very pleasant and I was very pleased with the service received
