Complaints process is faulty and steps they ve taken are unfair
We have a complaint with TUI about a trip we never went on but which they are charging us for We have been trying to lay a complaint through the website but we keep getting error messages despite all our inputted information being correct When calling customer service they suggested inputting our reservation number instead of our booking number which we did But we get the same error message The website does not allow you to lay a complaint any other way and through this delay Tui has in the meantime sent our names to debt collectors

Changed flights No refunds
I was due to fly with TUI from Amsterdam next week and my flight departure has been moved to Eindhoven As I cannot make the connection from Amsterdam to Eindhoven in time to catch the new flight I ve being trying for 1 week to claim a refund on their website not allowed and then on the phone with their call center I ve now spent over 30 on calls they start to look for alternatives and then cut me off when I ask for a full refund approx 250 Website is useless customers service has obviously been told not to offer refunds I will never use or recommend TUI again shockingly bad service They dont even allow you to write to them

Pathetic Pathetic service
Pathetic Pathetic service TUI customer service is absolutely non existent Flight was canceled for a trip booked with TUI circumstances out of their control yes But what is the most disappointing is that there was no assistance from TUI to rebook the flights I had to do it myself and nor are they willing to extend a holiday because of a day lost due to the delay they said that I I want to stay longer I have to pay and rebook they can t help Just no assistance from this place to help or willing to help with anything no communication or updates of any kind if I didn t reach out tried to get information or rebooked myself after no communication from TUI I would have still been at the airport No matter the good deals offered be willing to gamble or loose out on your holiday if anything happens be sure TUI won t help

Many uninformed additional costs
Many additional costs without any information about it before booking including bed linens Also booked us in a 2 bed room with a tiny camp bed instead of a 3 bed room Absolute cowboys avoid at all costs

Avoid Worst experience compared toall TUI copanies and to all other travel agencies
Avoid They book the cheapest rooms in each resort with worst location and condition Of course you are not aware until you arrive Then you arrive and ask TUI for assistance they answer you have to pay additional substantial fee on hotel recetiontion to get a normal room

You cannot cancel your flight ticket after you bought I looked 2 flights and in the background the flight is changed and I booked by mistake I tried to cancel but they are not paying you any money when you cancel It should be canceled within 24 hours for free

I would not reccomend for noone on the vacation they dont help after they dont want compensate service 0 for 8weeks our complain handeler didnt called us back I continue the procedure with General Inspectorate Consumer Protection how TUI handl the complain s teh t is not norm l I would not recommend this company for noone

We got direct flight tickets for Amsterdam-Bodrum which was 4 5h flight 1 week before flight they sent an email and inform me that our flight will stop in Antalya Our flight is 7 5h we have a toddler I am writing this from Antalya airport waiting for departure They just announced that they mistakenly unloaded all luggage it is disaster worst flight ever

Don t trust them If you have a problem don t let them escape with a voucher you ll never get it
In January we have booked a superior room with sea view in a hotel flight for July via TUI nl When we arrived we didn t get the room we paid for hotel practising overbooking After lots of conversations we received another room with sea view but much smaller So we were promised to get a voucher We have been waiting up to now writing several reminders and we still haven t received any voucher only ridiculous excuses eg vouchers are handwritten - it takes a long time to reach us by post they have been too busy DON T TRUST THEM even if you have received a letter mentioning you owe to receive a voucher They fool you down
