Worst Check in ever Avoid this company The depart was meant to be from Paris Orly airport but due to the strikes we have been sent to Brussels airport in a damaged coach After 4 hours we reached in Brussels airport exhausted We went to check in and the staff member was very rude because we had some extra kilos I have never seen this in my life We asked to speak with the manager and he was even worse than her No empathy no professionalism at all They don t even know how to speak to customer They should be fired I will never buy a flight ticket with this company again

MISOGYNY and RACISM and NO ACCOUNTABILITYNever thought I would experience this level of misogyny and racism in this day and age Airport personnel at the TUI counter at the Marrakech airport did not let me board the plane even though I had all the necessary documents required by the Government of Italy i was transiting through Italy 2 men did not look me in the eyes kept talking to my husband did not let me get 2 sentences out and show my previous stamps or the website for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Italy that clearly states I can pass through their territory The 2 men also shushed us when we tried to show the stamps and shooed us away with hand gestures specifically myself - I am an Asian woman They just said contact TUI When i did contact TUI they did not repond for 6 days so reached out through social media they started responding after that They said due to their policy number 12 Administrative Formalities - they cannot issue any reimbursement there is no such policy on any of their websites There is however Administrative Formalities under 13 - I comply with this one it states the traveller is responsible for checking if they have the correct documentation to fly - I did I even checked with Italian Consulate to confirm - but they denied my boarding without explaining anything just shooed me away with hand gestures They rely on FAKE POLICIES to not take any accountability Also I asked where they stand on the blatant misogyny and racism I experienced from them - they never responded to any of this Their facebook messenger that was so fast at responding completely stopped responding once I asked why they won t provide any answers to the questions of the paid customers and why they make up a policy to deny reimbursement As a paid customer that had to endure major stress humiliation and financial losses due to the lack of communication from them I thought i would still deserve some answers but nope they will not take any accountability for any of their faults clearly this company supports blatant misogyny and racism and are used to making up policies to not take any responsibility AVOID AVOID AVOID - absolutely disgusted by this non existent customer service and this company that states all the nice things on their website but when it comes to taking accountability or responding to the paid customers - it s just crickets

RACIST RED HAIRED YOUNG FLEMISH AIR
Racists My air hostess was a young flemish lady with red hair in her 20 s She would respond to me in Flemish every time I spoke English with her even though I explicitly told he it s easier for me in English She acted racist and even commented It s always the same attitude with your kind I became nauseous during the flight and happened to be vomiting whilst the seat belt sign turned on she did not hesitate to open the door and yell at me in front of everybody She threatened that she would call security upon landing she aggressively slammed the door at me To the people who saw me walk into the bathroom this was obviously an overreaction and everybody was wondering what was going on I was shocked and didn t know what to say I was still puking hanging over the seat and could barely breathe whilst she was yelling at me like I was a toddler disobeying her frustrated mentally unhinged behavior A classic little tyrant I gathered myself feeling sick and calmly asked her to give me a moment She would not she slammed the door and then opened it again I asked her again to let me finish my bathroom visit It was beyond embarrassing then her colleague joined in without even knowing what was going on she actually started yelling at me too This was the most unprofessional racist and inappropriate experience I have had on a plane and I fly weekly for work This woman should be fired I called Tui they of course do not care In Belgium Flemish people love hating on brown people Flemish people also have the reputation to be extremely closed minded pathetically ignorant insecure racists I did not treat her according to the reputation of her repugnant peasant culture It cost me a lot of self control but I managed to treat this subhuman with respect and still this went beyond anything I could tolerate when it comes to having compassion for low class human beings like that Oh Tuifly you got me existential and utterly disgusted by your people At least I m happy I don t wake up as an infected ginger cat

Flight stewardess failed to inform kosovar passengers not to get off plane
Our mum passed away on Monday and I purchased three tickets online for my sister my uncle and my sister s husband to fly quickly to Pristina Kosovo in order to organize our mum s funeral When the plane arrived in Tirana the flight stewardess did not examine their tickets at all to inform them that Kosovar passengers did not need to get off the plane in Tirana As a result of Tuifly employees lack of professionalism additional transportation expenses totalling 200 euros were incurred My sister and I are experiencing the most difficult days of our lives at the same time I respectfully request that compensation for three tickets be processed as soon as possible

Scam
Our flight was changed to an earlier time without notifying us in advance through email message so we missed our flight even though we arrived on time for that flight There was not a single TUI staff person at the helpdesk at the airport and nobody from the costumer service picked up the phone Therefore we had to take a taxi for 80 euros to get to another city to get the last TUI flight back home where we had to pay the full price for that ticket which was more than the return price we originally payed Because that flight arrived late with a delay of half an hour there weren t any more trains So to add insult to injury we had to pay a lot of money to get from the airport back home which was not supposed to happen if we were able to take our first original flight So far we haven t received any compensation or help from TUI Fly at all It s one big scam I am never booking a flight with them ever again

TUI fly TB 111 from Brussels to Canc n on Sunday 28 01 2024 at Brussels Airport 11 15 local time My sister is standing at the check-in counter with her luggage and she is denied boarding She is visiting me in Mexico for 3 weeks and has a valid return ticket for February 15 directly to Vienna with Austrian Airlines The lady tall slim long black hair and glasses refuses to let her check in because she has no confirmation of accommodation for 3 weeks She has not booked a hotel as she is staying at my condo hotel She has an address from the condo hotel in Playa del Carmen where I live The lady says that s not enough for her she needs a booking confirmation My sister wants to book a hotel for 3 weeks at short notice so that she can check-in The lady says that s not possible today they won t accept it on the same day Then the lady says that my sister should go away she can t fly today but she will be refunded all the money and she says to her colleagues that they shouldn t talk to my sister anymore they ignored her afterwards I am shocked at how TUI fly thinks it can deny my sister a flight the lady at the counter has no right to do that especially when she only has to type an address into her system and can t willingly decide who flies with her or not My sister calls me at 5am local time in Mexico and tells me about the situation I call TUI Customer Service to report about my shock and explain that my sister is coming to visit me and has not booked any accommodation she is staying with me Customer Service immediately calls the counter at the airport After 5 minutes of waiting my sister has her boarding ticket in her hand Please tell me WHAT is going on It was a purely arrogant decision not to let my sister fly and to keep her in Brussels Without reason and without any legislation If I hadn t picked up the phone at 5am to call TUI they wouldn t have let my sister who had a valid return ticket and even managed to book a hotel in Playa del Carmen for 3 weeks at short notice for no reason just to type an address into the system fly for no reason at all This is absolute rudeness what your employee did here People like that work for you I would fire this woman Afterwards your employee at the gate personally apologized to my sister and said that she was just doing her job which implies that she made an immense mistake and arbitrarily denied a person a flight in her position of power as an employee at the counter Mind you it was far too late and we had to go through the whole shock of my sister not being able to visit me I see her once a year I am so shocked and I will NEVER AGAIN get on a TUI plane I travel regularly from Canc n to Brussels and back but will NEVER AGAIN BOOK A TICKET WITH TUI THAT DENIES PEOPLE THE FLIGHT FOR NO REASON Shame on you
