Products are good but customer service terrible I ve ordered product and set auto delivery however Tula website comes up with an error each time I try to postpone next delivery I ve emailed Tula customer services no acknowledgment no update Not good

This is a scam company They contact you through your Instagram profile asking you to promote their website on your stories with a promise of paying you 1 000 In reality they re trying to hack your account to use it for their own promotions

Overcharged unable to return
Terrible customer service I attempted to cancel a recurring order but it was shipped in spite of this They shipped half of my order Charged me for two 80 items and I m unable to return because the website says the items were unfulfilled After receiving a few emails when I discovered this they stopped replying After a few days I sent another request for assistance and received no reply They have no phone number to contact the company and this should be a red flag
