I play with an aluminium snare the brilliant Ludwig LM402 which suffers from detuning of the bottom tuning heads when it s been played for a while Had noticed these in Drummers Only and did some research Took the plunge and very glad I did So easy to use and have completely cut the need to tune up the snare multiple times in a 3 hour practice A hugely useful piece of kit at a very very good price Highly recommended

These products are a great evolution on previous types of luglock available They are way more durable and re-usable than the previous nylon squares with the holes in that were a popular mechanism but ultimately made your drums look somewhere between a cool musical instrument and a loaf of bread The long fishtail means the lug will definitely not detune they are quickly applied and the added securing rings will keep them in place in transit or you can whip them off and re-apply them to the next kit in a matter of seconds more to the point they look awesome and come in a modern looking pouch with some apparel I ve already bought about 60 of them such a pleasing little item and a MUST for any drummer drum tech sound engineer buy a pack of 50 with the carry pouch you won t regret it
