Fraudulent website beware Charged my credit card and when I disputed it phished for security answers not only of my mother s maiden name but after asking the last 4 numbers of my CC they asked for the rest of the answers

Disastrous Lost my domain because of their lack of response Seems they just care about charging you After that you are on your own Considering hiring a lawyer to deal with it That domain was too important for me

Don t use this company

It has been 2 months and my website is still not working I can t even gain proper ftp access to pull my files off and take them to another company because they don t provide enough memory to migrate my website which is only 11MB The person on the phone is not willing to fix the problem and there is no email help or service tickets allowed I m going to have to scratch my whole site

Turbify are utterly corrupt or incompetent

They apparently bought the opportunity to defraud former Yahoo Small Business customers Little more than chattel are we to them These f kers promptly lost all of my email I had at least four email addresses associated with my domain name and at least that many added aliases established addresses and these incompetent f kers lost everything I got one email from them announcing the change from Yahoo and nothing else No instructions Nothing

Like many of you I began with Yahoo in 2001 and ended up with this despicable company At the end of the process of finally cancelling Turbify services my last message to them was Last year you sent me 2 notices of renewing at 144 then you charged me 216 This year you sent 2 notices of renewing at 260 No more surprises I have a new plan for domain and hosting for less than 45 Goodbye The Russian prisoner exchange is now complete and I have unlimited features I had never imagined Why pay 260 for a boloney sandwich when there s Filet Mignon available for 45 Bye Bye Turbify

I am being EXTORED by Turbify right now I called to have the nameserves changed and I was told I have to PAY to get access to my domain to be able to resign my email

Worst f scam US company

Worst f ng scam US company First year 38 dollar second 45 third 98 and this year 238 dollar for 1 website and 2 emails charged fees without pre warning or information I got the overcharged price back from paypal then they just deleted my company website and emails without warning now all data is lost tho I still paying the initial 38 dollars dont f with german customers we will sue you and eat your ass in court mfs

Really poor

It now seems to be standard with the vast majority of technology companies to produce flaky software and then produce error messages - like Oops - something went wrong - try again later This you are deprived of a tool that you need and no indication of when it is again available Of course impossible to get any support when their flaky software malfunctions

This service is the worst Very unreliable email stopped working when transferred from yahoo years ago I was never able to sign in again Then I received a renewal email out of the blue addressed to my daughter that I was going to be charged double what I initially paid at that unless I cancel So I called customer service and they informed me that my domain name was not registered in my name and then hung up on me so I guess I m locked out of my own account which was no surprise to me because of passed experience Crazy
