Referral to lender left me blindly a victim of financial destruction

This company had numerous email communication between myself and three agents where I clearly discuss my goals of developing living spaces to rent out and this goal was the basis for an equity loan I recieved from a mortgage lending company they connected me with A year later I explained that I wanted to sell the property unless could get a small equity loan of 20 000 to invest in property to prep it for sale the following year So I sent the proposal and asking months ahead of time to the mortgage lender by accident but no one followed up so I was told that I missed the deadline to request any equity loan So just over a year later I was hit with mortgage payments more than double why they were before that were automatically approved for me I got behind on the payments but came forward with enough cash 10 000 to clear the outstanding amount for the 3 months and pay the current month but the mortgage lender wanted double that amount 20 000 in cash by the end of that week and gave me no options to pay a partial amount of 10 000 that I had and offered them and dismissed my commitment to make a plan to pay the additional 10 000 in penalty fees I then offered to sell the property to satisfy the debt and entire mortgage owed as well I was told by the CEO of RIVERROCK mortgage investors to just sell the house Nd everything will fall into place So I prepped the house for sale and began to show it and get offers However just when I had an offer that was great for me and would satisfy the mortgage owed and more the mortgage company charged me with breach of contract for having tenancy Turnedaway ca and RiverRock knew I had my mother living there and even though she was to pay some money to me for her space she hadn t paid anything since riverrock took on the mortgage They all were clearly told what my goals were and that I was renting rooms only But no one told me anything about this being a problem and in fact what I was doing was not tenancy at all an fully allowed Nevertheless the mortgage company used this false accusation of a breach to deny me my right to sell the property Nd have since applied penalty fees over near 100 000 on top of the mortgage for the delay in selling and or paying the mortgage So when I told them I was wanting to sell at the beginning Nd offered to pay what I owed at that point they could have worked something out with me that was humane and reasonable but instead they avoided any realistic payment options or any short term agreement with the goal of selling as the focus and proceeded to block the sale I had arranged that would have paid everything off and more and then evict me before Christmas and then continue to escalate penalty fees non stop for the delay in selling the place or making payments - which they refused to take and then block the progression of So I am now left with absolutely nothing if it wasn t for the false claim of tenancy that was made to justify a block in the sale that was on the table - all because I had a couple of room mates here and there that they all knew very well about from the beginning - I would not be left in a devastated financial Nightmare with nothing at all left So I am not too happy about the fact that never was there anything said to me about any issue with having tenancy to begin with even if I had tennants It was a clear and single goal I proposed and never I was told not to have tenancy or room mates But even though I didn t have any tenants I was and am being financially punished for it
