Andrew was amazing
Andrew was amazing I had a demo call scheduled but my rep had to cancel last minute and I had a TON of questions He answered the ones I shared and sent a message to the proper people to help me get another call scheduled He stayed on the line with me forever Hours of me coming back in and out of the conversation while i was working through stuff He speaks perfect english which when dealing with customer service reps that speak English only enough to repeat what you said and read a script but cant understand what you are actually asking working with Andrew and other Turno reps has been a tremendous breath of fresh air Please keep using native english speakers it makes a huge diffrence

I have to say this platform is very intuitive and easy to maneuver within When I do have questions or concerns I was able to receive quick responses via the chat communication I was initially concerned about not being able to speak directly with a live person via a phone call but chat is proving to be very effective I ve had great success this far and specifically recently with my interactions with Steven Also early on Gabby was very helpful to me as well
