I already have two large runners that
I already have two large runners that have been fantastic at trapping dirt and so easy to wash however I ordered another and the quality is so different It has been shedding so much it feels and looks cheap I wish I had read the reviews before I bought it at almost 80 More fool me but I definitely will not be recommending or buying another Very disappointed I contacted Turtlemat who sent me a patronising response Not impressed

Could not care less Purchased 4 mats solid floor fine carpets one terrible and dangerous TM just were not bothered and told me to buy underlay at considerable cost just short of their mats Never again

Avoid and save your money
Have been a Turtlemat customer for years but sadly the quality has gone downhill drastically Awful just awful Please save your money avoid this company and shop elsewhere They are not the Turtlemat of years gone by

Not impressed
You can buy these mats from other websites cheaper and with a better returns policy if you need it They state on their website they have a hassle free returns policy I had to pay 9 95 to send my small mat back because it had to go using Parcel Force as it was too long in its original packaging use Royal Mail and then I will be refunded within 28 days

I have two Turtle Mats which are ten
I have two Turtle Mats which are ten years old and fantastic but the two I bought last week were useless and cost 17 00 to return Current quality is dreadful - they don t lie flat and apart from brand name bear no resemblance to original product Very overpriced for a very average mat - don t waste your money

The product I ordered was mis-described on the website amounting to a breach of trading standards When I received the items that weren t as expected or shown this company refused to accept responsibility and fund my return Shoddy and unacceptable customer service from a company that positions itself as selling a premium product Don t give them your business

DREADFUL PRODUCT AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE-AVOID
Ordered 3 mats to go on my new Amtico flooring at a cost of 107 As soon as I took them out of the package I saw how cheap they looked and that the quality was dreadful very thin sad looking pieces of what looked like the cheapest carpet off cut you can imagine and all frayed around the edges I refused to have them on show in my newly renovated kitchen diner as they looked that bad Being truly shocked at the quality I emailed in to ask for a pre paid label to return no reply for 2 days so I phoned customer services DON T BOTHER Whoever I spoke to was very nonchalant and could not answer the simple question as to wether I could be given a return label all they said was email in hello I did and I haven t had a reply After emailing several times over 4-5 days without being able to get an answer to a simple question for the label and being asked how long have you had the mats Seriously look at your system they were delivered only a few days ago How many times have you washed the mats again they were only delivered a few days agoSend us pictures of the mats NO they are brand new from you I gave up asking for a return label and paid the return postage myself at a cost of over 11 because of the length of the box I was furious at that point and then a day later they emailed and sent a return label Again I emailed and explained I had paid return postage and got no reply very rude and unprofessional I ended up buying a better version of this product from b q for less than half of the price I had my own business for over 20 years and went above and beyond for my customers I do not know how companies like this get repeat business they should be ashamed of themselves

Non existent Customer service
Ordered mat on 21st November 23 which claimed to be available for immediate dispatch At dispatched 24th and delivered 27th Wrong mat sent phoned number given as customer service only to be told it wasn t and would need to send email Email sent and automated receipt received since then despite several emails nothing except investigations Being made A photo was sent by me showing wrong mat

On the 4th December I ordered 2 turtle
On the 4th December I ordered 2 turtle mats at a cost of 125 90 I made an error on this order and contacted them by phone the same day I then confirmed my error by email again on the 4th December Since then I have phoned and spoken to an agent who advised they would email and cancel the order This has not happened I have since called another 4 times their answering service cuts in and requests you press 9 to get a call back from them This does not happen It is now the 11th December no mats and no refund Their product might be good but their customer service is abysmal

I wish I had read the reviews before placing the order for my new mats My previous experience with Turtle mats has been great but I cant get hold of customer service re the delivery of my order I have held on pressed 9 and sent emails but no one responds and now I read the quality is not what it was It s really poor and I wont buy from them again
