Only 3 doors arrived and one is damaged

The doors I ordered arrived 1 month lateInstead of 4 doors they only sent 3And one of them is damaged Really disappointing Also the client service is only responding after 5 days

No trustworthy company

Ordered a panel from the website it says 10 days to deliver After waited 10 days i tried to check the status the tool says no record found I raised an a query through their website they replied and said can be next week or a week later Waited for a week try to reply to the Ana who responded to my initial query No response from her after two attempts No a reliable company I assume all the Google reviews are fake And took 6 weeks to reply on my comment I hope the timeline tells us the truth

96213I placed an order 14 February for kitchen doors and panels I have received only half of the order Their tracking system says all the doors and panels have been sent which of course is untrue I have had to stop work on the kitchen and we are living with kitchen cupboards dismounted I have written many times but nobody has responded I just want my kitchen doors and panels Perhaps all unhappy clients should contact a lawyer to represent us as this is truly unbelievable vivo en Valencia

I am still waiting for my order made 14 February of which I have only received half I have sent 15 emails asking the same questions Where are my doors and when will I receive them Now I have no way of tracking the pieces because on their website tracking system I have received my complete order I tried using the contact formula but received an email telling me not to use this form of contact

I really wish I hadn t ordered and seen these reviews first I placed an order on Aug 3 125206 they state 14 business days but in responses they say 15 Not a single movement on order since 3rd I raised a support request and they said would be shipped very soon Anass Over 2 weeks later they said the same due to various external factors but said they have been fabricating since the order was placed standard response and don t care Irene They are well over their time but quote it anyway From reading these reviews it seems all customers have the same experience UPDATE After chasing again I have received a standard email telling me it was damaged in production and they are starting again WTAF I had requested a date or a refund and they sent that They are now stating 15 business days again after waiting over 30 business days

I ordered a DESK from their webpage It took a month to arrive only to do so DAMAGED and missing screws and a piece of the legs I reported the problem and at first they were pretty nice sent me the missing pieces and told me they will rebuilt the damaged part the drawer 6 weeks later and after several emails sent asking them to please provide me a date of arrival the drawer arrived without notice and again it was DAMAGED They never used any protection around the drawer so it arrived scratched and with a corner smashed I have been sending them emails for 2 weeks now asking about a refund and telling them to get the damaged goods if they wanted and they do not even answer now At this point I can only consider this malice EDIT to answer items were already returned and recived by you Though I am still waiting for my money
