Excellent service from Tutti BamniniMy granddaughter 3 years and 9 months told me she was a big girl now and that she needed a bed not a cot anymore No worries I thought our Malmo cot converts into a bed However I couldn t find the necessary parts to do so After a phone call on Monday Yasmine arranged for replacement parts which arrived on Saturday Granddaughter very happy Fantastic service well done Yasmine

I am so impressed with this company We ordered the Rio 2-piece Cot and Chest of Draws from Wayfair recently and unfortunately during the building process one of the draw fronts became damaged I emailed the company asking if they could supply a replacement which I would pay for They have sent out the part to our address free of charge I am blown away Can t wait to receive it and have our chest of draws looking perfect in our little girl s room A super big thank you to Casandra who spoke with me and got this replacement arranged A super grateful customer
