To whom it may concern I have never writen 2 reviews for the same company before but I had too The customer service rep Aleksander keeps on amazing me I purchased the Utillian 5 however due to battery life I have a replacement on its way Just like any man and his toys I was waiting for the tracking email which never came so I e-mailed Alek I believe I sent it around 11am around 1 or 2 the exact same day I received an e-mail from him apologizing for not getting one so he included that in his e-mail This is the type of customer service that old guy s such as my self remember This day and age no cares no one thinks about the customer anymore or try to make them happy It was nice to see that a company believes in thier products and want to create trust and loyalty I m looking forward to purchasing more products with your company and Aleksander is the reason The only issue which has nothing to do with the company is the hold time with customs however the excellent customer service makes up for it You have a true loyal customer I ve bought a few vaps in my day but yours out does them all As per my pervious email the intelligence of this unit can t be compared Puffco eat your heart out there is a new dog on the market that beats your machine hands down When I had an issue with my Puffco I bought a peak pro and hot knife but the hot knife stop working after a couple of days their warranty is a JOKE First NO customer phone number you have to email them from the app After 4 days I get an email back Now comes the crazy part In that email it states that it will take 3 to 5 business days for our engineers to go over the issue Ok not to bad but once we approve it now here comes the crazy part yes just insane but here goes You need to wait 5 business days for them to set up shipping and handling will be 12 - 15 business days for the item to arrive I couldn t believe what I was reading this day in age with same day delivery and I would have to wait almost a month for something I paid for and its under warranty I was at lost for words I immediately emailed them and asked are you going around the world 2 times before I get my warranty item back 3 days later I get sorry for the inconvenience so please use this 50 gift card for you troubles So I brought an item you can get for the Puffco that was exactly that amount but what they don t tell you is there is a shipping and handling cost The item weighed less than 1 8 of a pound but the shipping cost was 17 80 yes thats right I will never buy anything from that company again Your company believes in their products your company has a real people to speak with and our company should be greatful to have an employee like Aleksander If any supervisor reads these reviews you need to give that man a RAISE Thank you Aleksander Lewie Walton12205-E Peach Crest DrGermantown MD 20874
