Really simple-to-use tech really well done The setup was straightforward so didn t need to reach out to customer support Do read the instructions about how to use it - you don t use an open palm but something akin to a fist bump Follow the instructions and you re good to go don t and look like I did the first few times I used it without taking notice of the very clear instructions

Perfect piece of kit
I m delighted with my new purchase of my wearable ring I m a technophobe and didn t understand the set up instructions so I emailed Twinn and asked for assistance Within a very short period of time I received an email back from Ricky giving me an idiots guide on how to set up my wearable Within minutes I d followed the instructions gone to Tescos to test out my new purchase and I bought two items successfully I paid for one item through the cashier to test out the ring on a card reader and then I bought another item and paid through self service and for both purchases the ring worked like a dream I m waiting for Twinn to relaunch their bracelets so I can buy one for my mum for Christmas Thanks Twinn and thanks Ricky

Brand new ring received so initial
This is my third payment ring previous rings were Ringpay This ring is quite narrow width wise over half as narrow as a ringpay ring this is not ideal for a man more suited to a woman but the options for these ring companies is still quite limited personally I would like a thicker ring The ring is exactly the same material as my previous ringpay ring a very hard almost gem like hardness - ceramic there wasn t a half size option so I m stuck with a ring that s a little tight on my finger or I could have purchased one too big The app setup of the curve card linking is very easy Customer service are very slow to reply to messages I asked three times for a tracking number of my ring after I received an email confirming it had been dispatched it wasn t for 2 days after that eventually I got a response The ring works flawlessly but make sure you use your curve card first using chip pin to activate your cards contactless feature or the ring probably won t work I think Twinn could be a little more informative with setup information I think if I hadn t used one before I would struggle with setup but that s just my opinion making payments is a little laggy compared to my previous ringpay ring I can only assume it s because it s accessing your card information via a third party curve which adds a few seconds onto the process but it seems to work very well I ve made several payments with the ring now all have gone through
