Nothing short of amazing

To start with they have the most beautiful uniques pieces which made it so very hard to choose the perfect gift for my husband as I knew he would love all of them After experiencing a issue with delivery through no fault of there own it was a royal mail error I contacted them there replies was quick and sufficient they couldn t of helped me more if they tried I spoke to both Sonny and Scarlett and there were both extremely quick to rectify the situation with nothing but professionalism and friendliness Upon arrival my husband was obsessed with the ring I had chosen it was stunning weighty and the packaging just added to everything we already loved An amazing family business in which we will be purchasing from again Keep up the great work TP family

I love my new ring from Twisted Pendant and I m so appreciative to Scarlett in the help team who helped my sort out my returns query very quickly I originally purchased the Gold Onyx Oval Ring in Size Five and after being delivered a few days later I realised I d bought one that was a little too small It was a Friday morning and I immediately emailed to ask what the exchange process was and if it would be possible to get a new size sent out ASAP ahead of a trip to Edinburgh the following week Scarlett guided me through the exchange process quickly replying to my emails and amazingly had a new ring sent by COB that Friday that arrived Monday morning Can t thank her enough for her help The ring itself is beautiful feels very high quality and looks great - have had several compliments since starting to wear it especially as this is my first ring I ve started wearing Thank you so much to the Twisted Pendant team - fab company you have

I ordered multiple items from Twisted Pendant on the 7th Feb and they arrived on the 13th Feb I am satisfied with the quality for the price and hope they will last with good care Packaged lovely by Marie Customer service was responsive and friendly Scarlett was very helpful Shipping was with DPD Next Day although it certainly took longer than a day it was posted Friday 9th I also upgraded my delivery myself just to be sure The tracking was non-existent However that is not TP s fault Merely the courier At least it worked out So yes I recommend them Thanks James

I lost an old signet ring that I was fond of Managed to find a very similar one on Twistedpendant and using their ring size I ordered it It was delivered in 24 hours and the sizing is spot on It s actually a much better fit than the old one and will not come off Very happy and satisfied

I originally ordered from Etsy but brought my second order straight from the website My phone auto-filled the wrong postcode and Scarlett from TP helped me to correct it and I am truly grateful The items arrived and they are amazing I also brought the surprise gift and I am so glad I did definitely will be buying from TP again
