Excellent Service of a Non-Running Clebar Skin Diver

I bought a 1960 s non-running and battered Clebar skin diver watch which I took straight to TWR for service Everything was first class from dropping it off and talking things through with a watchmaker to collecting 10 weeks later after service The watch is now in perfect working condition running at 5 secs per day and is now a perfect mix of old vintage charm and reliability

55 year old watch as good as new

I was bought a Winegarten London jeweller chrono watch by my parents a little before but for my 21st birthday A while ago the winder and sweep hand became faulty A local watchrepairer jeweller we ve used in the past for another item told us about TWR The owner was retiring so could not undertake new business I contacted TWR sent the watch and it s now returned fully refurbished so my 21st present is now as good as new My parents would be so happy as am I now I shall shortly be 75 so the watch has considerable sentimental value Very satisfied very happy

I bought my Tutima Military Chronograph in Germany over 35 years ago and since then used it virtually every day It needed servicing and TWR were identified through Tutima in Germany I took it personally to TWR At the reception I was met by Alex who was knowledgable and enthusiastic and she clearly took a very personal interest in her work I was also able to discuss the proposed work with the watchmaker A full service new hands and gentle sandblasting of the case and strap was agreed On subsequent collection of my watch I was really impressed My watch looked brand new as it had on the day I bought it It was like having an old friend back The watch now works perfectly and they clearly did a first class job Worth every penny I would highly recommend TWR Watch Repairs

When the Sellita SW200-1 movement in my Sinn U1 suffered in my mind s eye a catastophic ejection of it s winding mechanism I was distraught but the power of the internet led me to TWR A UK based official Sinn warranty and service centre That discovery calmed me down somewhat I didn t have time to visit Sinn in Germany and was reluctant to post my watch abroad An initial telephone call with Alex took all my watch stress away The stricken watch was posted off and with full communication from TWR was repaired and returned far quicker than I could have expected Thanks to TWR my U1 is once again in my watch Top Twenty
