We were very impressed with this company from start to finish No pressure was put on us to make hasty decisions and everything was set out from pricing to timescale The workmen were superb They came when they said they would were respectful of our property and worked very efficiently We couldn t find fault with anything We would recommend them wholeheartedly

Excellent follow up service

Tyneside Home Improvements built us a a hybrid Orangery just over a year ago now We gave a very positive review at the time particularly in relation to the friendliness and flexibility of their team and their quality control- at one point we were happy with the quality of the work but the company themselves were not and redid it A year on we continue to be impressed as they contracted us to check that there were no problems as well as doing a site visit We did have a small problem with the window locks and they had an engineer out to rectify this within two days We would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone considering any sort of extension work

Fantastic new windows

We are delighted with the new windows Very impressed with Kevin and Bob who went out of their way to make the whole experience easy for us The rooms feel warmer and the new frame colour looks really smart The company were extremely efficient and we plan to use them again for our next home improvements

Tyneside Home Improvements have been excellent throughout this garage conversion from the first discussions to the finish with excellent communications at all times The building team were very friendly and very caring and considerate with my mum who is in her 90 s The whole team was outstanding and all the work was first class I would highly recommend Tyneside Home Improvements to anyone

Our dream home

We are thrilled with our stunning orangery it s really made a huge difference to our living space We had a tiny kitchen so not only did we have an orangery built we also knocked through from our living room to kitchen making it all open plan and made it our dream home From ground workers builders and the installation team all worked really hard and efficiently in some awful downpour weather We suffered a set back which delayed the build but the communication and care we received was above and beyond and cannot thank the team at THI especially Kevin and Anthony who came to visit which meant a lot at a stressful period We also had our guttering and fascia s installed which finished the look of our house We still have a long way to go with our home improvements and we wouldn t hesitate to contact Tyneside Home Improvements again Thank you x

First Class Reliable Company

Tyneside Home Improvements quoted what we thought was a great price for our home extention and we gave them the go ahead We found all of the trades people to be highly skilled friendly and they all did a fantastic job A special mention to Paul and Chris who worked like trojans with the digging out and brickwork They became more like friends Also to Damon for pulling the whole thing together and being on hand to answer any questions that we had during the process I d not look past this company for any other work we may need in the future and i d recommend them to anyone With a big spend trust is everything and i never doubted these guys for a second A first class company

Replacement of Original stained glass windows

Tyneside Home improvements recently replaced all the original stained glass leaded windows in our home We are in a conservation area so required planning permission Their surveyor Steve submitted our planning application for us and took great pains to replicate far as possible aspects of the original windows Jason and Arron the filters of the original windows at the front and Kevin and Lewis who fitted more modern windows at the back of the house all did an excellent job An issue with the manufacturers sending the wrong pane was sorted out to our satisfaction I certainly recommend the company for the work they did and I would definitely use them again
