Despite things not being ready Ty went out of his way to make everything right and as painless as possible Concerning the vehicle less than 500 miles on the clock and in pristine condition The return was quick and within 10 minutes I had received a mail saying that the chec k s had be carried out

Used U-drive twice now both times very simple all booked online helpful and polite staff on collection and drop off very reasonable prices Grace period on drop off is also helpful not a bad word to say

Booked on the phone early Sunday morning for collection rom Poole on Sunday evening Picked up a very smart low mileage van All very polite and very efficient Dropped it back to the Poole branch this afternoon and was dealt with by Ella Again very efficient and polite I ll definitely use again if the need arises

Plenty of vans of all types available competitive price and easy to find depot in Bristol The staff Terry who dealt with us were fantastic Very honest handover that was well documented by Terry and he encouraged us to find fault damage and record it Do take the damage excess waiver if only for piece of mind some other hire companies didn t offer this and excess was 1250 Not sure what the u-drive excess was but waiver was only 18 82 for the Luton van with tail lift Thank you again Iain Sandra

Always my first choice of hire company staff very polite customer service was extremely efficient van well priced best of all it was a 2024 Transit with 600 miles on the clock Would highly recommend U Drive Poole to anyone
