THESE ARE CON ARTIST ADVOCATES
This is a company that works with con artists they finance the criminal activity of con artist in the tax advocate industry the majority of the businesses in the consumer tax advocate business are fraudulent and these people finance the fraudulent activity I was recently scamed by a tax advocate company got the on tape and received a 12 000 00 refund from the other finance company in this same matter But these crooks have heard the tape and have yet to refund my money I will be reporting them to the CFPB and the Attorney General As soon as the other finance company involved in this matter heard the recording they immediately refunded my money Because they have integrity but united consumer finance has yet to even send me so much as an email after hearing the tape of these con arttist

Constant problems They refuse to take auto-payments out so that they can charge late fees They only report negatively to credit bureaus and do not give credit for payments made Now I m trying to pay them off They emailed me saying my payment was declined which is not possible So I put in another payment Now both are pending I tried to cancel one Of course I got an error Now they re charging me double I ve never worked with a worse company

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Never ever sign a Loan Policy with them I was being Financed for Benefit Tax Solutions they referred me to UCFS First I am a Realtor The Real Estate market was great in 2020 and 2021 I signed up for Benefit Tax Solutions to strateThe as of June 2022 the Federal Reserve Chair Powell announced the 1st of many interest rate hikes The Mortgage Interest rate went from 2 5 to 7 19 I have lost 6 transactions and my income Instead of trying to help me to find a Payment Plan or Deferment or ANYTHING they reported me to the credit bureaus and have ruined my credit All of the work that I did for 2 years and all of the money I have paid to get Taxes Credit and Finances together is RUINED When the Federal Government affects your income Like with Covid-19 most creditors have been kind and professional enough to help you instead of hurt you AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

UCFS isn t as transparent as it should be Simply I was connected to them through another business service I will review them shortly It is all an interconnected sham where they help one another This company is not transparent I signed a document in which they ignore my request to send me the original link of the documents I signed Rather I get a copy of the contract in a different format with numbers I do not recognize A deposit was signed that I did not know had been applied to my husband and I Is this normal practice Shouldn t I be privy to see the original link and documents I will now take pictures of all documents that pass through my screen as I no longer trust

If you ever see this company on paperwork to sign run the other way and don t look back This company works with scammers I ended up putting a stop payment on this company after canceling with the company that they were receiving payment for Not paying for a service that was not provided and that was canceled Tried to explain in writing but my email was blocked and the person I ended up speaking with on the phone didn t care to listen
