Poor Customer Service Experience

I have never dealt with such a dishonest company before I ordered a small alarm clock on 07 11 2023 They were supposed to ship it right away to Oregon but announced there was a delay since it was out of stock Since I am somewhat patient I patiently waited On Saturday 11 18 2023 I finally sent Tempora Gmblt in Augsburg Germany a cancelation email Indeed I found a pretty clock sold by an efficient company and it s on its way Christian Thiel emailed me and said they didn t receive my email I kept all of the paperwork To make a painful and long story short I am now in contact with my Visa company to see if Tempora Gmblt can issue a 26 71 refund By the way is Uhrenwerkzeuge24 de also Tempora Gmblt This was the very last interaction with such a horrible company The quality of the small alarm clock is subpar to my taste A couple of years ago I bought another clock and it didn t last Giving two chances to any company is more than enough As other reviewers mentioned getting an email reply is similar to pulling a tooth In good conscience I can t recommend it if you live overseas If I could attribute zero star for poor customer service and dishonesty I would happily click on zero In the event you don t prioritize honesty from a company you will probably have a lovely customer service experience
