Professional Service Excellent products

I recently decided to update my water softener to a newer model I had originally purchased one from Kevin Goody and decided to buy from UK Water Softeners as it is still run by his family The update was very straightforward and only took a couple of hours Steve Harvey the installer was excellent very professional and did a great job I also ordered a new water softener for my son which was installed the following week The install was a bit more involved but again was done professionally I would totally recommend UK Water Softeners to anyone who is looking for a new softener or to update their existing one

Such wonderful service from Andrew and Sarah They are both so knowledgeable and thorough We had previously asked 2 other companies for a quote and they had told us it would be impossible due our house renovation But Andrew made it possible for us he was thorough and explained exactly how it could be done No fuss at all Also on the day we had Pete come to set everything up for us and he was punctual polite and such a clean worker I cannot recommend UK water softeners enough - they truly are a fantastic company to deal with Thanks again

We used this company recently when our water softener began giving us issues Regeneration taking hours and wasting gallons of water They attended promptly and diagnosed the issue They explained the options and cost implications We chose to have the softener refurbished They completed this very quickly and at the price they quoted Staff were extremely courteous knowledgeable and professional I would not hesitate to use them again

I searched for several water softener companies Thanks to my friend Minnie for recommending this company to me Sarah came to my house and gave us a detailed explanation and review and gave us suggestions as there were some restrictions I was a little worried at first but it was completely unnecessary On the day of installation engineer Pete arrived on time and everything went very smoothly he worked quickly and efficiently and highly technically he did an excellent job This is a great team and I highly recommend them
