I bought a Victure HC200 on the 12th March 2022 At the end of November 2022 it started to leak so I emailed the company serviceatgovicturedotcom on the 1st December 2022 and explained the problem and attached video to show what was happening I asked them to either repair it or replace it By the 9th February 2023 after 18 emails they agreed to send a replacement asking me to confirm my address This email repeated itself in one form or another for a further 7 emails by which time it was obvious they had no intention of replacing the faulty cameraIf you think you have a guarantee then you most certainly do not

Victure HC520 Trail camera faulty
I bought a Victure HC520 Trail camera direct from Victure in September 2023 and found it to be good so bought another HC520 in November 2023 I extended the warranty for both via 2 emails to 36 months and they answered both requests within a day The 2nd trail camera went faulty early in December 2023 and I started emailing their official helpdesk and service desk 5 times now starting on 3rd December 23 reporting this and have not received any replies I have also gone to their website and filed a complaint via an official form and entered a query via another form I have not received any replies What is the point of Victure offering a 36 month warranty when they won t answer my reports of a faulty camera within 1 month of purchase Update to above after another 6th email to support desk and another query complaint via Victure website I was contacted on 16th December 2023 by the Victure support desk whilst apologising sorry to keep you waiting for the delay in answering my request for help They asked for photo images and written evidence of the fault after analysing my fault they agreed to replace my camera I have now received the new camera 29th December 2023 Summing up - the end result was satisfactory but why did it take 13 days to reply to me it should not take so long

I have had 3 various victure trail
I have had 3 various victure trail cameras and all have failed absolutely appalling customer service they reacted to my first complaint and never responded or offered me anything definitely would not have anything again from this victure brand

FAULTY Camera constantly takes photos
Camera constantly takes photos and videos every 30 seconds even if i point it at a blank ceiling It wont take pictures if i put my hand in front or the cat walks past it I contacted support but they only reply once every 24 hours asking inane questions about what setting you are using knowing full well everything i have done and tried which was in my first email to them I still don t have my money back AVOID

Purchased Victure HC300 Wildlife Camera 20MP 1080P I found this to be an excellent device in recording wildlife in my garden It is easy to set up and use It can be attached easily to a tripod It is very user friendly - you can - view photos and videos on device delete either of these format your sd card view larger images and videos by inserting the sd card into your computer I love it Thank you GoVicture

Trail Cameras
They make good trail cameras at reasonable prices just a pity they have to be in China of all places The only downside is that as soon as the AA batteries of which there are 8 fall to around 1 3v the battery measure on the screen dips in the red or orange area It seems an awful waste of batteries I have lots of batteries that are down to 1 2 1 3v that register as being useless in the cameras Clearly there is something wrong with the circuit board power regulator
