Had problem with Humax recorder
Had problem with Humax recorder Several e mails sent to try and help me unfortunately to no avail Turned out to be a memory problem that wouldn t have warranted going any further The help received was second to none and I can highly recommend this company especially Ivan who was very helpful As I can t find any new Humax boxes anywhere to purchase it looks like I will have to buy another make which I would rather not do

bought a humax aura a week ago and had an instant problem with a to strong a signal i spoke to humax they were instantly helpful and polite i think it important to have back up there when you need it also to my surprise i can record four programmes while watching a fifth staff at my old box were totally unhelpful i would reccommendthis box to anyone as value for money

Excellent Customer Service
My remote just stopped working so I called customer service they tried to get it to work but it didn t They sent an email with instructions on what information they needed before sending a new remote I gave them the information and my new remote arrived 2 days later The CS was polite efficient and extremely helpful which made a nice change these days

After experiencing picture breakups and complete loss of stations on my Humax Aura I phoned Humax Support and was amazed to get through to Pauline Pauline listened patiently and then suggested I complete a Factory Reset I was horrified with this suggesstion as I thought that I would lose all my recordings etc However Pauline reassured me that I would not and sent me the comprehensive instructions I followed the instructions and bingo all was returned to normal I have printed out these instructions and keep them with the Owner s Manual for the next time Thank you Pauline

Total Satisfaction
I have owned Humax vcrs for 20 years In common with every bit of electronic equipment you can think of their equipment ocasionally develops problems In every instance in response to my emails their technical department has come back to me and solved my problem very quickly Up there with the best technical backup I have ever received I have put in the latest date but over 20 years I have had help from them on about 4 occasions

Unable to retrieve recordings
I called the support number because my HDR 1800 would not allow me to retrieve the programmes that I had recorded Oliver said that I should perform a Factory Default and also offered to email instructions for doing that He did it worked Thank you

Fantastic support
I have their freeview box and remote for bedroom TV With the freeview changes things went wrong Stopped working Contacted Humax support After fantastic help from Humax it transpired that I had a TV aerial issue Got it fixed and then Humax all up and running Majic Thank you Humax

Had an issue with my Humax Aura Called the helpline and discussed the problem Couldn t be rectified so a replacement unit was immediately organised It arrived the next day by DPD who exchanged the new one for my old receiver Everything OK now and working perfectly Big mention to Pauline in customer support who was excellent Thank you Humax

A very rapid response to my request for assistance I did it on line and got a return email with accurate instructions within 24 hours I wanted to run my old Fox and HD2000 alongside a new Aura Yes it s possible and I was told exactly how to set up the old boxes and remotes so that they could all be used independently Thank you Ivan
