This is a scam

I purchased an item for 9 was charged an EXTRA 19 for Eco Charges - when you checkout there is NO mention of the charge amount Had I known this I would NOT have proceeded with my purchase

I ordered 2 items for 18 98 which was what was shown on the checkout I then received an email confirming the order with an additional 13 95 for Services Surely this is not legal in the UK My emails to them will not go through

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE SCAMMERS If you buy an item l they will hit you with extra eco-charges for sending you the item even though they advertise free shipping They are so committed to the environment that they will then insist on sending you the item and then you returning it before any kind of refund which you won t get anyway
