I was very pleased with our 20460 rapid-boil kettle Purchased nearly 3 years ago from Amazon Unfortunately the lid started to stick and then would not open due to a broken lid spring I contacted Andrea in customer services and she has handled my problem by sending a new kettle

Two year warranty on their electric kettle is extended to three years when you register the product online the kettle broke and I claimed on the warranty and was given a replacement straight away Excellent service

My trusty Russell Hobbs Quiet Boil kettle developed a fault so I contacted the Russell Hobbs Team as the item is under warranty The team requested certain details which I duly forwarded and was suprised to hear back from them 24 hours later informing me that a new replacement kettle would be posted within a few days Excellent service and the customer services team are very friendly and helpful

My Russell Hobbs mini hob stopped working I phoned Russell Hobbs and promptly received an email from their product support team asking me to send them my details and a photo of the appliance After a couple of days they emailed me to say they would send me a replacement which arrived just under a week later I was pleasantly surprised that this process was so straightforward and would feel confident to purchase another Russell Hobbs product if the need arose

Guarantee claim handled very well - prompt email responses satisfactory outcome for me replacement kettle provided Claim was for Luna Solar Red kettle - lid would not stay open It only had 3 months left of its extended warranty periodMy only niggle is that the new replacement kettle is only covered for the original kettle s warranty period - 3 months left instead of 3 years if I bought it new now
