Illegal refund practises

Reporting this company to the EU watch dog they do not refund your money and consistently lie that they have sent it Constantly having to chase and have just resorted to emailing their CEO to complain Would suggest anyone else facing similar issues to do the same daniel lalonde smcp com

Still no refund after 4 MONTHS

I bought an item in June which I returned the same month 4 Months later however I have still not received my refund I have been calling them every day for the past 6 weeks but they keep postponing and even tell me the problem is on my side Meanwhile they never gave me any evidence of making the refund This is absolutely horrible and extremely unethical Save yourself some headaches and simply do NOT buy here

Don t order online from Sandro

Ordered a dress in June for family occasion in July No dress 10 weeks later I am told technical issue for Irish customers is reason No contact from them now no credit not hopeful of getting back money as they are gone silent Do not order online from this company

Such poor quality and bad value for money

As many people already said Sandrois really bad value for money Clothes are overpriced and damaged very quickly I bought a dress that got torn after wearing it only 3 times Extremely disappointing experience On top of that they are still working with companies exploiting Uyghurs in China therefore Sandro is now blacklisted from my shopping list

The nightmare continues - please don t use this company

The nightmare continues It took me 1 month to return an online order of clothes back to Sandro because of their incompetence It has now taken almost a further month to receive a refund for the returned items into my account And still there s no sign of the money Absolutely disgraceful company flagrantly in breach of consumer protection regulations in the UK France and across the EU It seems I will have no option but to instigate a Chargeback for fraud via Visa and send a pre-court action letter All for a simple online clothes order

WARNING Looks like it s either a scam or it s going bust AVOID AT ALL COST

WARNING The only way to contact customer service is via a web form to which they dont even bother to send an acknowledgement They offer a phone line but calls go unanswered Refunds are therefore seemingly impossible Maybe the company is going bust 100 will never buy from them again

Absolutely terrible experience Wish I read reviews before ordering clothes are nice is just customer service which is absolutely terrible My dress arrived late which is not the main issue It arrived with security tag still attached to it I contacted customer service and was advised to wait for email with confirmation from nearest shop that they will remove this for me and it was 3 days ago Purchased dress for upcoming wedding which is tomorrow and still no answer on my issue Dress is useless and it s bad enough that I need to travel to nearest shop 40 km from my house - but still don t know if they will handle this for me Never again Read reviews before you order anything

Wow- u already cancelled the complaint about the discrimination at SAndro in Covent GardenI wasn t there to see what s happened but I used to work at Sandro and I know my ex manager Itcka and - yes - he is the whole day chatting on dating sites never working and - yes - he is sarcastic with the people and brown nose with his bossI remember Itcka beeing lazy useless and can t trust himNo mention his drug addiction cuz can t prove it but he should do a drug test and show it if he s clean - not only Itcka -- drama queen Handrian as well or the other boy of the team can t remember his name
