Great customer service
Ordered a Bugaboo butterfly after being sent a custom discount and it arrived the next day There was a misunderstanding but this was quickly and satisfactorily resolved by Helen who bothered to pick up the phone and delivered excellent customer service Would 100 recommend

Great Purchase of a great supplier
We had purchased off this website before but were not aware that the store was so close being in Ringwood and it was a physical store which is pretty big and has lots of baby products Charlotte was ver nice dedicated a lot of time to us and in the end we bought the Doona X immediately and as they had stock we managed to take it home right away which was great as we needed it with urgency I would highly recommend you have a browse All in all a great experience

Charlotte and Elise were very helpful
Can t thank Charlotte and Elise enough - they have been so helpful with showing us how the pram works letting us see if it fits in the car so important and helping us choose between two prams that we liked We visited the store a few times before making a decision We absolutely love the pram accessories bundle we went for and it was amazing value Even better that it was in stock so could take it home straight away We will definitely be coming back to get more things for baby

I ordered the wrong pram on Sunday by mistake and emailed to let UK Baby Centre aware of my error and Monday morning the correct item was shipped and I received on Tuesday Stunning stroller and excellent service Helen was so efficient with helping me get the right product and quickly too Thank you so much xx

Great place
Great place they had such a good selection of brands and items all of which you could test out Elise who helped us was so informative and helpful and really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our pram choice I liked that we were given space to try everything out without being sold to or pressurised Couldn t recommend it more
