Creaking bottom bracket

I bought an Orbea laughy from cycle gear last October 2023 have been using it everyday for my daily commute to work since January 2024 In July my bottom bracket started creaking so I contacted cycle gear in regards to getting it looked at as a warranty issue they said to bring it in on a Saturday morning as I needed it for work during the week I took it it and left it with them for just over an hour as I went for breakfast with my family up on return they had removed checked lubricated and refit my bottom bracket fit a new Ferrell to my dropper post cable checked the bike over and found my rear sprocket was slightly loose and the reason for the creaking was one of the cups was slightly loose all fixed when I asked if I ow them anything they said no charge even better I rode the bike home and felt like new again Fantastic job and fantastic service even if I d had to pay for the service I d still be happy thank you cycle gear
