DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYThis company have deliberately denied me access to my account to cancel my subscription before renewal buy not responding to my password reset requests Bizarrely they confirm that I have made a number of attempts to gain access but cannot provide me with proof that they responded or that the password was reset as a result of one of these requests The service is not fit for purpose lots of channels are able to detect this VPN Use Surf Shark as well as a VPN you get internet security too and all for only a few pennies more that EXPATVPN charge for just VPN

used to be good now avoid at all cost

Their service used to work really well and for 2 years they provided excellent access to UK channels with the occasional wobble Since the beginning of the year however they were not able to bypass Channel 4 s geo block Until March they responded to my customer service queries very robotically but since April all my messages via website and direct email around 8 remain unanswered

No chanel 4 no solution

Like others I have had this a couple of years and it was great Beware the renewal process auto renewal payment without warnings etc I am now stuck for another year I have not received Channel 4 for months tried all the solutions none have worked says it all really This is the response from customer services Our team is currently looking for a solution It s not easy because this issue is affecting only a very small percentage of our customers and we are not able to recreate it at the moment However our website currently doesn t guarantee access to All4 Yet we will keep you updated on the progress Cleverly wording website Poor uk expat poor

Horrific customer service

Horrific customer service when talking to them about them taking money without warning They told us to talk to the government for financial support rather than send us some money back Totally inappropriate

The auto renewal has no reminder and have taken 60 out of my account They are refusing to get in contact with me and ignoring me at all cost DO NOT USE

Awful

Awful unpredictable and pretty bad overall I signed up to get UK channels but only two worked When I disputed this and questioned their guarantee policy I was met with an unprofessional customer service They only get back to you once Not point in trying to engage with them

Absolutely useless yet their advertising says 100percent working on all UK channels total lies was good in the past now nothing but suggestion after suggestion and nothing works only feeble words from them but still channels do not workIn a nutshell beware the only thing they can do well is take your money without your knowledgeIn the end I got onto my UK bank fraud department and guess what with the clout of a big bank they got my money returned and now they are pursuing a refund on my behalfAS I SAY BEWARE HIGHWAY ROBBERY 21ST CENTURY STYLE

We signed up for a year to watch programs and All-4 It doesn t work even though it s on their guaranteed list on their website I asked for a refund because we signed less than 30 days ago but they refused because we were an existing customer from years before They will take your money and find ways not to refund it Customer service is terrible
