I was a bit sceptical to use the company when I read some of the reviews however decided to buy a test when they had a sale on I was pleasantly surprised The test came really quickly I had a problem with the confirmation email that was completely my fault but I contacted customer services via email who replied quickly and were very helpful I sent my hair sample off and got my results in a week It s amazing what they test for and I have found it very insightful and useful

The test helps put things into perspective

Ordering the test kit was simple and everything was done within the time-frame given I don t really know what I expected from this test and I can t know if it s accurate What I have noticed is that almost everything I ve already eliminated from my diet because I don t like it or I know it upsets my stomach is on one or more of the lists as unsuitable All the advice that people have given me about avoiding wheat white bread and dairy is as I guessed completely unfounded I know what I can and can t tolerate and I m not stupid enough to go with the general flow of those who believe they re allergic to everything known to man I suspected zinc supplement was a problem for me and it tested as such I don t have alcohol which is just as well What this test doesn t reveal is that I have an inherited incurable blood disorder and have been working on what s good and not good almost all my life If I hadn t I d be dead by now I have no regrets about taking this test just wish it was a little more personalised

I got the test heavily discounted and to me a worthwhile bargain Unfortunately I never received the emailed results but an email to the customer service yielded a reply and the results within minutes What an exhaustive set of results well set out and explained in detailI had a query on part of the report so sent an email and within the hour I had a reply Very good service

Food for thought

I found this to be a very reliable company and service that is extensive and thorough in their testing It will be a company I return to at a later point to recheck my intolerances etc I now believe this is a test that anyone should carry out annually I highly recommend the company and having the test if you have any suspicions about your health or substances you might be lacking or sensitive to

Just received my results today

Just received my results I would like to say thank you staff were very helpful in answering my questions regarding results I will now be taking these to my gp and hopefully come up with a plan to avoid the things that caused the tummy pain that I suffer after eating certain foods thanks guys

I initially had doubts after not hearing back after a few days about my results so I called the company and nothing was a problem and my results were with me within 24 hours Big thanks to Becky for sorting that for me and helping me Really pleased with my results Very detailed and after omitting foods that showed high intolerance five weeks later I m feeling fantastic with no awful stomach problems after eating It s really changed day to day living Don t put up with these problems when this simple test can help you out
