This company bost how great it is but
This company bost how great it is but every since my employer took this on they have been nothing but problems ppl not being able to login it has way too many glitches and way too many problems im so over them i wish my employer just drop them and get ADP my other job uses them and its smoothe sailing with little to no problems more info easy access I HATE UKG AKA ULTIPRO UUUGHHHH

Utterly unusable
Utterly unusable Constant error messages and circular help menus that never lead to answers or customer support I can t view my schedule the mobile app refuses to acknowledge my login credentials despite them working on the website This is clearly a company that s happy to put out sub-par product while sitting back and collecting money It s not worth anyone s time

UKG CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE
The UKG platform isn t the problem It s actually kind of good It s the customer service that stinks We open a ticket and it takes months for it to get fixed We can never get anyone to respond promptly for updates It s a nightmare trying to get anything done with this company I ve put the new CEO Jennifer Morgan on some of my emails so she can see what we as the customer have to go through I m hoping she fixes this problem soon

They steal money
They steal money blatantly Extra charges and fees for everything many are not disclosed and they just tack on arbitrary fees AFTER THE FACT Did you know they charge you 2 95 for EVERY transaction using your VISA card Yeah They told me in order to spend the 0 05 cents I have left I d have to add more money to cover that exorbitant and undeserved fee

This is the worst pay service company THE EMPLOYEES ARE EXTREMELY RUDE YOU GET BOUNCED around from one person to TWO DAYS i wited for the fraud team to release my earned wages The representative that was working on the account Sheila was always gone for the day in the middle of the afternoon The employees act as if they are reading a script without taking a breath
