Bought a mid spec PC from this company they are excellent All issues with component chose ironed out delays and alternatives were given The resulting PC is small enough to fit unobtrusively on a desk quiet enough to not annoy and fast enough to play my favourite games

So happy
Honestly really happy with the build and response from the company during these hard times Its gonna be so hard for companies specialising in PC building during these unprecedented times but they were absolutely forthcoming with the delays and issues sourcing They were also happy to substitute the part that was going to take another month for one similar which I was very pleased about The pc is exactly as imagined and was packaged very well Everything is running well and looks amazing such an upgrade from my old system and everything arrived soon as they were ableAll in all during the start I was worried but my worries were soon calmed and I now have my new system

Great service
Nothing but good things to say about UKGC Their website had a slight malfunction when I first tried to order but was dealing with an Ops Manager Kain So from when I was able to re-place the order Kain kept me updated of the latest answered any questions I had and was generally great all round Kyle the engineer who built my system left updates to let me know how the build was going Very impressed with the final build and to top it off you get a 6yr warranty included which is great Cannot complain thanks UKGC

Amazing
When my 14yr old asked for a gaming PC for his birthday I was suddenly very aware that I was out of touch with what was needed I found UK gaming computers online and read their reviews I am so glad I did from my initial call I was filled with confidence The staff were helpful knowledgeable and didn t try to upsell anything They listened to what my son wanted discussed budget made adaptations where necessary and designed the best pc for him The information on timescales etc was informative and clear Following the sale I had a question about something and again the response was prompt and helpful I cannot recommend these people highly enough They clearly know their stuff and my son who is a stereotypical teenager was also very impressed

Excellent Eos Intel-i5 gaming pc
Bought Eos Intel-i5 gaming pc as a present for my son who is really impressed with the performance - optional SSD drive has helped Everything loads like lightning and the only minor snag is that one game so far requires 10GB RAM and it s got only 8GB but he can easily sort that at a future date Standard case with transparent side and coloured lights was an unexpected bonus All in all performance and quality components for the price is better than anything else I could find Customer service has been great throughout purchase procurement build delivery process It arrived when expected and was well packaged and undamaged Windows 10 preinstalled so just had to plug in and switch on Six year warranty and lifetime support are a further plus Highly recommended

My recent purchase of a W O W based
My recent purchase of a W O W based computer with a few personal upgrades really is a Wow the service and build time was excellent and i liked being informed every step of the way set up was easy and fully explained Anyone thinking of a new computer should give them a serious look very easy to chat to them and help with your own requirements I highly recommend their computers and service

UK Gaming Computers
Despite all the craziness with covid brexit component manufacture supply delays all in all we can t fault UK Gaming Computers communications and info regarding delays which were out of their control We did decide to amend our order to take advantage of a better spec graphics card RTX3070 which was in stock as our RTX3060Ti was on back order This amendment allowed us to receive our completed pc sooner and which we are grateful for We can not praise UK Gaming Computers enough and have no reservation in recommending them I m sure they will be our first port of call for our next pc

Awesome bespoke gaming computer
My 13 year old son spent his life savings on having a bespoke gaming computer built by UK Gaming Computers We were worried as this was such a lot of money but I can honestly say if you are looking to have a bespoke gaming computer built I can highly recommend UK Gaming Computers They kept us updated through out each stage of the build they were easy to contact and once it was built we received it the very next day Excellent service and quality

Great shop with first class service
As a complete novice in trying to understand the infrastructure required to set up a Gaming PC for my Son I visited UK Gaming Computers The experience was abslolutely brilliant from start to finish We explained in layman s terms what we wanted to achieve and received first class advice which made the purchasing process really simple The inter-active purchasing guide which is PC based and on a large screen helped our understanding of what was required and enabled us to make decisions on a very complicated buying process for novices Very personable knowledgable and which made the whole process pain-free Well done

Excellent service in tough times
During the pandemic and over the busy christmas period they were always quick to respond and offer advice Im very happy with my PC as a complete new starter they helped pick a sensible option Happy to recommend to ANYONE but even more so to new comers to the gaming PC world
