Awfull service brought a item that I want happy with on line and complained to the buyer Was very unprofessional as a seller won t ever use again or recommend

I bought what I thought to be peppermint oil capsules I received some tiny tablets containing peppermint and fillers for 6 99 I contacted customer service and they were not helpful at all 6 99 wasted on a tiny tablet with a drop of peppermint extract and fillers Rubbish company rubbish customer service I certainly will not buy from them again

False claims poor quality and arrogance of response

As we go through a lot of cinnamon in our household I bought on ebay 1 kg of their so called Ceylon Cinnamon Powder Ground Pure Ceylon NOT CASSIA True Cinnamon Powder If this is cinnamon the Earth is flat There s no aroma vaguely reminiscent of cinnamon There s a very weak smell of stale cassia mixed with stale allspice I feel cheated by their false claims and the fact I m left with large quantity of expensive useless brown stuff fit only for the bin They also had the audacity to come up with quite arrogant response to the negative feedback AVOID this company

I bought the omega 3 fish oil tablets I accidentally burst one on the floor I thought oh no it s gonna stink of fish to my surprise no fishy smile just oil no odour No buying them again rip off
