Bought my first pair of loupes from UKLoupes about 7 months ago The loupes have been amazing Comfortable lightweight and great vision The buying process was seamless and the customer care is 5 star My wire for the light stopped working and I was sent a new one by them free of charge I definitely recommend them Good price for amazing quality

Great quality loupes and excellent customer service

I bought a pair of TTL Stone Series loupes a few months ago and have been very happy with them They are very well made and delightful to wear rivalling the much more expensive brands I had a light from another manufacturer and UK Loupes went out of their way to provide an attachment for this to be used with my new loupes The customer service was excellent and I would certainly recommend the company to others

Very happy with my Loupes Very helpful service through whatsapp I initially was a bit nervous about measurements etc but UKloupes make it super easy to do I got the HD TTL loupes and they are crystal clear comfortable and seem fairly sturdy A quality product for around 1 3 of price of other bigger companies I would highly recommend

Such a great service

Such a great service they had problems with Royal Mail postage recently and kept me informed throughout and sent a new set as they hadn t arrived they sent some spares along with my order and sent the new package by special delivery When I received the package the next day I forgot to let them know I had and they checked in to see that everything was ok they also helped me put the light clip together and showed me how it works Such a good service cannot fault the problem that occurred was out of their control and they went above and beyond to fix it Thank you William for your help
