We have just moved to Cyprus and used a company in Paphos to handle the immigration paperwork they managed to lose our marriage certificate which needed an apostile stamp and that we had looked after for 49 years We were panicking because we needed a replacement urgently I contacted UK Official Records and ordered one just over 2 wks ago and it arrived yesterday I tracked it all the way I phoned them spoke to Simon Mathews who was very helpful and the certificate was a proper one with the Crown stamp and with the Apostile certificate on the back I read the negative reviews after I had ordered and was very worried but the service has been excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend them Tony HawkeKissonergaCyprus

Dont know what all the fuss is about ordered 2 replacement birth certificates for my twins got a email confirmation almost instantly that I could track my order on After about a week of checking it says order was in print que and about 12 days later says was despatched and received a couple of days later Will use again if needed

I used this service very recently and am very satisfied with their service I received a confirmation email on order the order tracking s was kept updated I requested royal mail tracked as I live outside the UK and it arrived this morning exactly as requested so 10 10 for service

After ordering my certificate which I wasn t able to give very much information about as I couldn t find the death in the normal register I then read these reviews and have to admit I was a bit worried The certificate arrived today much more quickly than one I have ordered direct from the General Register Office which I have been waiting over 2 months for and it still hasn t arrived The certificate UK Official Records found for me is the correct one which I was happy to pay a little extra for as I couldn t find it myself Great Service I say
