Made an order of an In Stock item paid via PayPal at cart and 6 days later my order is still listed at Processing Left a query on the website which was still unanswered almost 48 hours later Shocking service and a website that should be avoided at all costs

Got What I Ordered
I recently bought a Swisstool X from UK Outdoor Store and it came 5 working days later as advertised no complaints there I can t complain about the price either 94 for one of these is very competitive My only complaint is that there was no email notification of when my parcel would arrive but I received it from Royal Mail on time in perfect condition
