First class service again

UK Safety management restored my faith in the fire safety industry If you need fire safety work doing this is the company you should go to In fact I would go so far as to say it s the ONLY company you need to go to It s a one stop shop for all things related to fire safety First class service and a very reasonable price In fact I would say I feel guilty about the small amount of money they charged They could and should have charged me double what they did and I would have gladly paid it I have actually sent them an email telling them to double their prices Let me explain A few years ago I was ripped off by a fire safety company- actually I d say I felt violated I was charged some 630 for some very substandard service It was way over what was expected I couldn t afford to pay it so we agreed a payment plan i offered them 25 per week so by the time next year came round they d be prepaid They threatened me with recovery services Once I paid it off I then sacked them This company had the audacity to never book an appointment they d turn up out of the blue without notice or appointment do their work and then give you a huge invoice that would wipe out a huge chunk of our profits I d always feel violated whenever they came round In fact after paying them off I sent them an email saying I was no longer using them Then a few months later they turned up again unannounced to do the fire safety work I told the man who came I had fired them and moved to a much better company That much better infinitely superior company is UK safety management who on two occasions have left me shaken but not stirred This is the ONLY company you need for all things related to fire safety They phoned my Moneypenny out of the blue and I took the call I was ironically that morning just doing a google search for fire safety companies I spoke to a very nice lady and explained the problem I had The moment I mentioned the previous company she knew who I was on about She couldn t say anything but the tone of her voice said it all She told me the basic work was some 59 I almost fell out of my chair and got it booked in She told me that no work would be done without my authorisation and a full explanation The first time we booked the appointment I got an email one month in advance saying that they couldn t do that date and they gave me a choice of alternative dates Compare this to the other company On the day- 3rd May 2023 this very pleasant man came round and looked at our fire extinguishers He very politely said that they were all in date They all worked and nothing needed to be done apart from the service that he we d booked He did however ask why we had nothing for fire safety for the gas boiler upstairs I was horrified He said he could provide a 2kg powder extinguisher which is for electrical fires and that covered us for gas boilers I showed him the invoice from the previous company His face said it all He said that they d invoiced me and I d paid for an extinguisher to cover electric fires that covers gas boilers but there wasn t one there I asked him to provide one which he did and the sum was nominal The bill was a nominal 59 plus the nominal cost of the new extinguisher I couldn t believe how low it was The guy was totally transparent and openly said that they were there to provide a service and not rip people off Well they certainly do that This year I got a reminder phone call and got booked in Again I was told it was a nominal 59 and I offered to pre-pay because I was so impressed with their service last time Would you believe they said no The lady on the other end said they wanted the customer to be fully happy with the service provided before they took payment Well I can assure you that next year I will pay them up front even if they double their prices which they should do This year the same young man turned up I showed him the fire extinguishers and left him to it He looked at them serviced them and said the only thing was that some two will expire in 2026 and to be aware that when they come in 2026 they ll need replacing He even showed me the expiry dates He told me that one extinguisher had expired and they charged 10 to dispose of it I told the very kind man that by the time I took it to the rubbish dump and paid the fee I d have lost a lot more than 10 I asked him if he d provide me with a replacement He said one was not needed He said we had more extinguishers than what was required Now they could have ripped me off very easily but they didn t This is the first class tip top quality service you get from them So the usual questions Would I use them again Of course Would you believe I ve sent them an email asking to book in for May 2025 Would I recommend them to anyone else All day every day Give them a call
