Poor product poor service

If only I d read this review before ordering with them No contact regarding the delivery date despite requesting this BEFORE I ordered No confirmation email apparently their emails were down Ordered for work so I wasn t aware they d been delivered I had to contact our customers to find out if delivery had been made By the time I attended to distribute sandbags realised the hessian sacks were poor quality large holes sand dust was pouring out and these were not fit for purpose it was beyond the 14days refund policy However it doesn t matter as hessian bags are exempt from refund policy anyway And were you aware that hessian sandbags are only expected to last 4-6 weeks No neither was I but according to UKSandbags this is their lifespan Avoid use a more professional company that provide better service

During a flooding in my local area UK Sandbags helped to provide exceptional service and quality Cannot praise this company highly enough Will recommend to anyone in the future and they should expect my custom again
