There was a bit of a hiccup with the delivery of my order delivered to wrong address but as soon as i made company aware they kept in touch until item was recovered The sign is beautifully made and was well wrapped I was kept informed of progress of order throughout informed ehen it was dudpstched and given delivery date Which would have been correct Would definitely recommend

Just moved house and wanted a name plaque for it Found UK Sign Shop online and after browsing their selection ordered one It arrived on time although tracking the package was a little difficult as it was sent via Amazon shipping and I had placed my order with UK Sign Shop using a different email from my Amazon account and so it wouldn t update me as it didn t recognize the address I entered It just says Standard Delivery on their webpage no mention of Amazon Had I known it would be via Amazon shipping I would have used my Amazon account information when I ordered Would be good if the method of posting was recorded on their webpage But the plaque itself is lovely Sturdy ceramic beautifully embossed and the fixing screws provided also We are very happy with it and would definitely order from them again

Our new house number signage is up and looking good The website ordering process was straightforward production and delivery to time and after sales service very helpful too Overall good value for money and would use UK Sign Shop again
