Please don t buy this heater

I bought this heater after a very convincing advert on YouTube I forgot to check for independent reviews before I bought it and wish I had When I plugged the heater in and turned it on I couldn t believe the noise It sounds like a leaf blower It was so loud it even startled my cat There is no way you could use this heater and listen to music or watch TV Secondly I literally turned the heater on for around 20 seconds I knew straight away I couldn t use it because of the noise but please know that although it says on the front do not cover it should also say do not touch It was red hot and almost burned my hand after just a few seconds So yes it does heat up very quickly but so does the grill This is incredibly dangerous as if a child touched the grill they would seriously hurt themselves And finally as some other people have said on here you cannot get hold of their customer services team I tried through three different routes One of their email addresses does not even exist Fortunately I purchased this useless and quite frankly dangerous product through PayPal and they got my refund back very quickly I am so grateful to PayPal
