Emergency on a Saturday morning

I had a warning light come in in my car early Saturday morning I was required to drive 70kms for work that afternoon I called Jay and the team at UltraTune in Unley Road and they sorted my car in minutes Given they had a heap of work on these guys had to re-prioritise what they were doing to sort me out Absolutely first class service from this team

Was dubious about getting my car serviced from a non dealership service centre Not anymore The customer service experience I received was the best and most professional I ve experienced in a long time Everything was explained in detail and I appreciated it as i haven t been getting my car serviced regularly I presented my car with a loud noise and expected it to be at a huge expense The solution was incorporated into the regular service cost and I drove away a happy chappy with a car that no longer runs noisy Thank you ultra tune I strongly recommend you consider them for all of your car maintenance upkeep

The manager at Burleigh heads was v approachable he listened and was easy to deal with I had a full service and had the brakes all done and a thorough inspection of my vehicle He could not be more helpful and I would be v happy to return with my other cars and have no hesitation in recommending this service to anyone

Immediate assistance and superb service

I stopped to ask whether they could replace my car s spot globes at some stage they gladly assisted me immediately They saved me a whole lot of money with the globes and then noticed another light was out and offered to change that too The final charge for the expedient and friendly service was also well under what I was expecting And I will be taking my other car in for similar issues and look at servicing my vehicles there in future It was quick convenient and showed no trouble at all for them to help me despite being very busy at the service garage The owner was just lovely happy and evident that he enjoys his work and business Thank you I felt confident when leaving with my car Well done guys
