A Disappointing Experience
After more than 17 years working in this industry I ve rarely felt compelled to leave a negative review However my experience with Umbrella has unfortunately broken this trend From the outset I was sold services that were either non-functional or unavailable in my country a critical detail that was overlooked or perhaps not clearly communicated by the company Despite numerous attempts to resolve these issues through their support system my requests for assistance seemed to be lost in translation with no substantial resolution provided The challenges with scheduling due to time zone differences only added to the frustration making it nearly impossible to find a suitable time for discussions that could potentially rectify the situation I approached Umbrella with the hope of a straightforward resolution specifically a refund given the services purchased were not as described Regrettably my request was met with silence marking a stark departure from the customer service excellence I expected based on their reputation This lack of response has left me feeling let down and compelled to share my experience publicly It is not my preference to escalate matters in such a manner but after being left with no other recourse I feel it is necessary to inform others of the potential pitfalls of engaging with Umbrella My aim is not to disparage but to provide an honest account of my experience to help others make informed decisions I sincerely hope that Umbrella takes this feedback as an opportunity for reflection and improvement The digital services industry thrives on trust and reliability and it is never too late for a company to turn things around and live up to the expectations set by themselves and their clients

Don t Be Me Don t Be Gullible
Unfortunately I am writing a bad review which I never do I found Itamar and Umbrella and saw great potential in the hyped-up webinar but looked past it to see the beef After spending thousands of dollars on different products and services each of the services fails to meet the promises made in the sales pitch webinar When asking about specifics to customer service on what is promised and having it fulfilled they come back with this is in development With no ETA on when it will be completed specifically AiGent connecting phone numbers and or even emailing me to let me know someone wants to make an appointment So it is useless 1100 down the drain When purchasing a service with a price quote that sounded great and a good value to my clients I onboarded 5 The next month they doubled the wholesale price without grandfathering in those who purchased the program at the prices given It is a shame to have to deal with such cowards that they change the prices and inform you with a sales video trying to convince you that a 100 markup on wholesale price you bought in at is a good thing Really This is the SBO program I will make my money back on this one since the first 4 out of 5 are fulfilled the last one I will most likely have to refund their depost since they seem to have stopped working on it Saatchi Now this one I paid around 795 The dev team there seemed to care but mine was not working so within the generous 14 day return I asked if it would be fixed or since I have only a few days left to return it I will just get a refund I was informed the fix would be within a week Guess what the fix was not done and no refund past the 14 day mark People do not waste your money I got excited and pre-sold a few clients as well as tested for myself only to find out what they promise in training and what I promised live can not be fulfilled at this time This will happen to you also and like other 1 star reviews when you ask for a refund within the time frame they say it will be taken care of within a week then in a week it is not you ask for a refund they say it is past your return date I am only mad at myself for being gullible Don t be me

Repeatedly Promote Services that dont work and keep your money
Cost me thousands and my business They knowingly promote services from 3rd parties that dont work and instead of refunding you they try and push other services on you I was with them for 5 years and all their services are bad and most are offshore
