Just horrifically bad Items won t be shipped for a month after purchase and even then if you reach out to customer service for help there s like a 50 chance they ll tell you that your package was lost and all you re getting is a refund At least with Taylor Swift s merchandise it feels like no one cares about how awful the service is because they know people will still buy the merch

Misleading Service Avoid at All Costs
If I d read reviews before ordering I never would have gone through this headache I paid almost 7 for next day delivery but right after placing my order I got an email saying it would take up to 48 hours just to dispatch How is that next day delivery It feels completely misleading and honestly if I d known I wouldn t have bothered When I reached out to customer service to cancel or at least change the delivery address since the gift wasn t going to arrive in time I was told the order had already moved to processing and couldn t be changed or canceled But here s the thing it hadn t even been dispatched yet How can it be too late to cancel when it hasn t even left the warehouse This whole experience feels like a scam The promise of next day delivery is a total lie If you re considering ordering just know you might be paying extra for a service they can t actually provide I wish I d known all this before it would ve saved me the stress and disappointment Save your money and look elsewhere

PLEASE DO NOT USE
PLEASE DO NOT USE Bought my 12 year old daughter a Taylor Swift sweatshirt on 13th December for Christmas with next day delivery and here we are 29th January with still no item and no valid explanation and constant reminders that they are actually breaking trading laws by not supplying said item seem to go unnoticed Happy to take your money but nothing else No wonder Taylor is on the way to being a billionaire if this is how her record company do business

Return requests ignored
Delayed shipment repeatedly Now it s impossible to return items Returns require an RMA prior to sending the items back and I ve been waiting 17 days for a response The only response received back in that time completely ignored my clear RMA request resulting in me having to email yet again Any email takes a minimum of 7 days to get a response Will be going through my credit card to recover funds

Purchased vinyls on November 24th 2023 It s now January 9th and my order still hasn t been shipped Contacted customer support twice already and haven t got a single reply Will be calling my credit card company to dispute this care since it seems Universal just simply stole my money

Me and my homies hate UMG
I wish I had read these reviews before ordering from UMG Much like everyone else I was bugging customer service for 3 months about my order and after receiving a tracking link that never updated I was told that there was an error and I could either get a refund or a reshipment if they have stock they don t After 3 months of being strung along Please save your money and sanity and NEVER order from here

Avoid if you can
Absolutely atrocious customer service Ben waiting over 3 months for them to resolve my wrong order which would have been refunded 3 months ago due to a factory error Instead here we are 3 months later with them replying once a week at best to my emails So sad that musicians own merch uses this company as it lets all their fans down
