Absolutely the worst customer service

Absolutely the worst customer service I received a defective bra wore it once and informed Shapeez that I needed a replacement I had to pay for the replacement This started back in the fall I received the replacement and it is fine however now we are into February and they won t replace the defective bra because it is beyond the return date Again the process began well ahead of the return date window They use the dates to get out of standing by their product There are so many amazing shape-wear companies out there Please don t waste your money and time with this poorly run company

Underwires pop out after about 3 wears no free shipping

I really like these bras but do think they are a little expensive In addition the company doesn t offer free shipping and most of all the underwire pops out after about 3 wears I used the companies measurement guide and common sense and even went up a cup size and they still poke out The second I find a dupe I will be changing

I hate the new hard cups

I ve been wearing Unbelievabra for many years probably for as long as they ve been available I ve loved wearing them UNTIL the last two I ordered The cups are molded and unnaturally hard The rest of the bra is the same and very comfortable and flattering but the cups are just too artificial feeling I will not buy another until they go back to the softer more natural cups

Think carefully when purchasing outside the U S and Canada

Purchased their very expensive tankee short bras on several occasions as ordering online from the UK can only afford to buy when they have a discount The tankee short style size is not available from amazon co uk or any other UK website and the shipping costs are equally expensive The downside is if you have a defective bra the factory no longer repairs them and you are advised to fix them with fabric stitching and super glue For the price of these bras I would expect repairs or replacements If they are of a good quality you are fine if not consider if it s really worth the costly expense

Not worth 120 DON T WASTE YOUR MONEY

I bought a Shapeeze tankee long bra in September it is now November and I honestly hate it When was sized and fitted in store it did fit but after a while of wearing it my breasts slip under the underwire and I am constantly adjusting myself I will never buy another bra like this Its just a gimmick

Disappointing

The bra is difficult to put on and even more difficult to take off when it s wet from persperation especially for women with shoulder injuries Why a wire There r many other things that can be used to support the boobs The bra saps dig in and it makes noise when u move Ur arms The cups don t cup enough even if uve measured correctly I don t find this a very good or comfortable exercise bra However there is more support than other bras such as wonder bra Thank you

Quality of product not as good as it used to be disappointing

I ordered the unbelievabra several years ago and was very satisfied Fit well very comfortable and smoothed out my bulges just as advertised However I recently ordered a couple more - the shortees this time - and found they didn t fit as well even though I followed the measuring instructions just like I did the first time It was actually too large in the cup Also after only 4-6 times wearing the wires started poking through and eventually came out even though I tried to sew the hole shut I also ONLY hand washed and dripped dry I thought maybe it was just that one bra that was defective so I tried ordering another same problem Very disappointing I expected better quality for this very high price Most likely will not order again

customer service does not really care if we are satisfied with our experi

Just be sure you don t have to exchange for another size Customer service thought I should pay 10 original shipping then 10 to return it and then 10 for shipping the new size Really 30 shipping and they had no realization that it was unreasonable and could care less

When I Google bra for back fat support this came up I would love to try this bra but these reviews are concerning as well as the responses Too expensive to experiment on online Is there a store in Miami

Very poor service

I had to send my bras back 3 times due to poor sizing system Each time cost me S20 Even speaking to employees was not much help One time I was sent a size so large I could step all the way through it that was at the suggestion of staff Finally I went to a local store the gal there said she had been trained by someone at the company and it still wasn t clear how a measurement should be taken Crazy I think the concept is great but even really trying I never could get the right size and ended up with 2 bras I spent a lot of money on and can t wear
