The communication process did take a while to get it sorted but really happy with the final result Mike was professional and did the job well We love our wardrobes and it s such an affordable alternative to bespoke fitted wardrobes

This is the second time we ve used Unflatpack and I was even more impressed this time Mike installed the wardrobes in our nursery today and has done a brilliant job He comminuted when he d arrive beforehand was friendly and professional and even completed the job faster than I was expecting Can t recommend enough Thank you Mike - will be recommending Unflatpack to everyone

The guys at Unflatpack were brilliant Denver and Charlie arrived at 10am and stayed on till 10pm to finish it off I d read some of the reviews prior to hiring them about them staying late to get a job finished in a day but didn t expect them to be able to do it when the quoted time was 2 days They were extremely professional and provided some humour as well with Denver winding Charlie up I believe it was Charlie s first job I would fully recommend these guys to anyone The only improvement I would suggest is the initial response and dialogue with the planning team as this required some chasing

Worth the wait

The finished product was excellent and exceeded my expectations I did have trouble with customer services at the beginning as it took about 6weeks from my original enquiry to get a real person response so I was a bit doubtful However I understand they had staffing problems in January which are now resolved I had previously left an unflattering review on Google

Happy with workmanship and quality

Really professional service from Unflatplack and I m happy with the finished product I might need to move the rails so I can reach them I m a bit short but overall impressed with the quality and service

I am so happy with our new wardrobes My lead fitter Will Burke was brilliant and efficient as was his 2nd man Gem They worked hard and managed to get everything done in 1 day rather than the 2 I was quoted They cracked on but asked for my input when needed and were friendly and helpful throughout I had a good experience in the consultation and booking stages too so would definitely recommend Unflatpack I am thrilled with the results Thank you

Highly Recommend

Felt like a leap of faith going with these guys but so glad we did Once we had submitted our design everything kicked off and the office staff we dealt with were helpful knowledgeable and reassuring The time between agreeing final design and installation was just seven days and we couldn t be happier with the end result Our fitter Cosmin was fantastic - clearly very skilled and did a great job Would definitely recommend
