Doesn t work
Just don t I was so glad to find a way to get my favorite magazines delivered to the US It never worked and I m having the hardest time cancelling the subscriptions and getting reimbursed The customer service is unreachable if you live abroad Monday to Friday 8am-12 30pm 3pm-5pm France times They answer emails but nothing happens next

Spirou not delivered
We get Spirou delivered to us in Ireland using Unipresse Spirou should come to us weekly by postal service the cost of sending Spirou to Ireland is about double the price it would cost in a kiosk in France 1 We have had delivery issue from the start of our subscription in Nov2022 2 We have contacted Unipresse numerous times about these issues 3 As the delivery either does not happen or is late we have asked to stop the subscription as there is a clear breach of contact and getting reimbursed of the rest of the subscription We are not getting any reply to this request Total let down in terms of service and poor customer service as our issue is still not fixed I feel we need to babysit our subscription but we don t have time for this Waste of money and waste of time is the summary of our dealings with Unipresse

Terrible Customer Service I have paid for an annual membership of 2 magazines Have emailed them about not receiving the magazines and had zero response I have tried ringing them at the right time - the phone rings to no avail and the answering machine if full This is ridiculous

What a scam
Still waiting for my refund of a magazine I never received Ordered a magazine on August 20 money was debited from my account immediately Then I waited the website warns it can take four to six weeks and I waited and I waited It is now 12 weeks later and I have received no magazine no refund no response to my email requesting a refund Nov 12 edit of review based on reply I have repeatedly contacted their customer service with the order number my name and all relevant data I asked for a refund My son needed this magazine for school and I finally made another arrangement with a more reliable service They responded once telling me that they were about to start my subscription in a few weeks Response on Nov 9 came from Sabine Schiavi in the Paris office n other words even when aware of the problem and acknowledging it THEY REFUSE A REFUND Update on Nov 13 Subject Confirmation de votre paiement par CB commande 240820132223WThis is the same number I have been sending along with screenshots from my bank to your customer service AND on the form on your website So I elevated it to my bank to flag as a scam Nov 15Uni-Presse is still lying I requested cancellation and a refund well before I started the Trustpilot complaint This was extremely clear in e-mails and the forms I filled out on their website Now they claim that they sent an issue despite me specifying that I did NOT want one and wanted a full refund And what a surprise I have not received one And now they expect me wait another two weeks and will probably give me an incomplete refund which is why I have flagged them with my bank Also gotta love that they began the request with wanting me to put my name and details on the internet UPDATE ON NOV 25 UNI-Presse keeps telling me that I received the first issue yet three months after the initial order it has yet to appear I have no idea why they are nattering on about a monthly subscription when it is not mentioned anywhere in this complaint And I also have received no refush whatsoever
